These cupcakes are SO CUTE and so easy to make. Here's what you need:
- scissors
- mini marshmallows
- colored sugar sprinkles
- cupcakes
- mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:

| Cut the mini marshmallows in half. You will need about 50 halves, 25 marshmallows. |

| Dip the sticky side of the marshmallow half in the sugar sprinkles. |
 |
| Line the side of the cupcake with the marshmallow halves. |
 |
| Keep adding rows. |
 |
| Add a center of mini chocolate chips and you're done!! |
